Hampton Inn Lehighton-Jim Thorpe

We stayed here for one night on a weekend in February while in town for a show at Maunch Chunk Opera House. We booked ahead via the app. The app did note that renovations were in process. I could have checked in with the app but I prefer to interact with the staff. The front desk associate was personable and professional. We overheard her talking to another guest who had not booked ahead and the hotel was full. She made a courtesy call to another hotel to check availability for him. Our room was clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was comfortable. I prefer a little more firm pillow but I slept really well. We were on the first floor and I was expecting for it to be a bit noisy considering the hotel was fully booked and the pool is also in the first floor but it was quiet. Coffee and complimentary infused water are available in the lobby along with some freshly baked cookies. We were surprised that breakfast was still fully stocked when we came 15 minutes before closing the next morning. The last few hotels we have stayed at have been almost all out of breakfast within 30 minutes of it closing. They have the standard Hampton breakfast options - hot food and cold items. I was excited to see hot sauce and biscuits. I also liked that they had morning cartoons on in the breakfast area instead of the news. I noticed snacks and drinks, including bottled beer, for purchase at the front desk. They had a nice variety of items. We weren’t bothered at all by any construction or renovations. I did see some supplies at the end of our hallway and some floorplans along the wall but there was nothing going on while we were there anyway. I was hoping to not wake up to hammering and I didn’t. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking available. We didn’t spend very much time in the hotel besides sleeping but we had a good experience.

This was hands down one of the best Hampton Inns we have visited. Staff was welcoming and constant, always giving us a warm hello, whether it was the front desk, housekeeping or the breakfast staff. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the fresh water, coffee and tea you could treat yourself to at anytime in the lobby on top of the popcorn, cookies to enjoy and breakfast bagels to go if you couldn't make the fabulous breakfast. Our breakfast on 2/16/26 was fantastic. Fresh and so many choices for families to choose from. LIttle things mean a lot-and this hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We will book Hampton Inn when we visit this lovely area of PA again

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly even with a full house. We enjoyed complimentary hot cider and warm cookies and loved the outdoor area with fire pit. Rooms were standard Hilton/Hampton Inn- clean and had plenty of space, bed was comfy. Mini fridge, mini coffee maker and microwave. Really well stocked breakfast even with a big crowd was included. Would definitely go back. Of note they evidently are a pet friendly hotel and we did hear barking during the night when the dog was woken up by other loud guests so if this kind of thing would bother you then you might want to stay some place else or see if they have non pet friendly floors.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was incredibly sweet! The room was clean and comfortable! I usually have terrible travel anxiety, but this hotel was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. My kids loved the pool area. The complimentary teas and cookies were incredible! Their hot apple cider is a must! Definitely staying here again when we come back

Me, my wife, and 5 year old daughter stayed here this past weekend for two nights and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in my entire life!! The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It started on the day of check in when we were in town a little earlier than check in time, we called and asked and they said sure come on early we have a room ready for you, no extra charge. The parking lot was big and was free. The lobby had a fresh popcorn machine, lime/lemon water, hot apple cider, and coffee available at all hours of the day. The Gym seemed brand new, had a great treadmill and best of all had dumbbells that went up to 75 pounds. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were AMAZING. Open until 10pm and the hot tub was actually hot, perfect temperature. The hotel breakfast was WAAY better than I expected, it had hot eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, a DIY waffle machine, cereal bar, yogurt bar with great fixings like pecans! Breakfast was included for the 3 of us. Sometimes you go to a hotel only to get nickle and dimed for parking, wifi, other amenities but not here, it was a great experience and will be coming back in the summer. This is a great place to stay if youre doing jim thorpe and blue mountain resort, which is what we did.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for our yearly family vacation, for 3 days and 2 nights. The experience overall was a very good one. Veronica and all of the staff there during our stay were very friendly and attentive. Room on 3rd floor was quiet and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, constantly replenished, and my teens loved the make your own waffle machine. We also loved the pool and hot tub, which were very clean like the rest of the hotel. The only issue is that there was a big stain on one of the walls. I brought this to Madelin's attention. She was very sweet and attentive, but they were sold out that weekend, and they were not able to switch our room. Everything else was so good that I am giving the hotel a solid review, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Jim Thorpe area like we were, as it is nearby.

Best pet-friendly hotel! It’s just a 5-minute drive from downtown and conveniently located right off the main highway, making it easy to find. They offer a great breakfast and truly amazing service. The staff was extremely friendly, and the entire property is very pet friendly. They also have a water filter station in the lobby, a nice small lounge area, and even complimentary popcorn from a popcorn machine, which was a fun touch. There’s also a small outdoor area with a fireplace that’s just awesome. The rooms were very clean, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Jim Thorpe was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The hotel was sparkling clean, but what really made it special was the people. The front desk staff were over-the-top kind and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The lady who took care of breakfast each morning was so pleasant and cheerful, it felt like she genuinely enjoyed starting everyone’s day on a happy note. They are wonderfully dog-friendly, which meant the world to us. We brought our pup Bella, and the staff just loved on her as if she were their own, such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. The thoughtful extras throughout the day made us smile: warm cookies, fresh-popped popcorn, hot coffee, tea, cocoa, and even chilled lemon water waiting for us when we came back from exploring. And our favorite feature? The water bottle refill station, such a simple thing, but so convenient that I found myself wishing I could take one home! There was plenty of parking, and the location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from downtown Jim Thorpe. Between the cleanliness, the kindness, and all those little touches of hospitality, this hotel felt less like a stopover and more like a place we were genuinely cared for. We can’t wait to come back.
